Will Mahan is a Returned Peace Corps Togo Volunteer (2023 - 2025), who completed his Peace Corps Service in the village of Welou. He founded the Couleurs de Togo Program for the children of Welou, Togo in September of 2023. Born and rasied in Connecticut, Mr. Mahan found a lot of joy in the arts, both as a passive observer, as well as an active participant, acting in a variety of community theatre productions throughout his childhood.

As an adult, Mr. Mahan developed a deep passion and commitment for expanding access to the arts to the children of Welou. Mr. Mahan is deeply inspired by the dedication and talent of the students in the Couleurs de Togo Program and he hopes that they will continue developing their passion and dedication for the creative arts well into the future.
